Did Darwin Kill God?

Conor Cunningham, who believes in that Darwin's theory of evolution does not require absence of a creator, interviews with believers and evolutionists who are called as ultra-Darwinists (?) by him. He mentions theory of meme and Richard Dawkins' "Selfish Gene" in some parts of the program, however he never meets Dawkins, even though he speaks with Dan Dennett. Actually I see Cunningham's reason very well! Broadcasted on 31 Mar 2009, BBC 2.

Stupid documentary. No facts at all and draws wrong conclusions on almost everything he says. Gives no reason as to why evolution is compatible with religion.

i think, after all, this footage has a point in: standalone darwinism doesn't outrule a "sophisticated" concept of a creator god not being timetabled. nor does the overall scientific approach. entity in question just becomes redundant by both of these, and tremendously unlikely. so why the heck should i think religious?

His criticism of the concept of social evolution through memes well stated. The criticism that by admitting that truthful memes will not always be the most successful does indeed present an undermining notion of the acceptance of memes as the truth. I do wish he'd take a look at Objectivism though, as this is an atheist philosophy that rectifies that problem.
