Over the course of his 60 years, Christopher Hitchens has been a citizen of both the United States and the United Kingdom. He has been both a socialist opposed to the war in Vietnam and a supporter of the U.S. war against Islamic extremism in Iraq. He has been both a foreign correspondent in some of the world's most dangerous places and a legendary bon vivant with an unquenchable thirst for alcohol and literature. He is a fervent atheist, raised as a Christian, by a mother whose Jewish heritage was not revealed to him until her suicide.
In other words, Christopher Hitchens contains multitudes. He sees all sides of an argument. And he believes the personal is political.
This is the story of his life, lived large. Amazon

Hope the audio version will be read by the author.
Great job. Thanks for making this available!
Please remove this audiobook, Christopher Hitchens deserves every dollar.
I'm more likely to buy a book if I can download a copy first, especaially if its an audio book. I downloaded 'God is not Great' ages ago, listened to it, loved it and then I went out and bought it. In fact I bought it twice because I bought a friend a copy too. I even went to wee him in an IQ2 debate with Fry and chatted with him for a bit, he even signed my hard back version. I also bought a shit load of hi other books too. Be nice to be able to get the audio book, oh and apparently Santa is bringing me 'Hitch22' for xmas. All because I was able to download an audio book - I'm just saying? And FYI I've done this with all the audio books I've ever downloaded. Great site, what a resource. xXx
